Floods and Water-borne Diseases - the Threat is NOW
Water-borne diseases are any illness caused by drinking water contaminated by human or animal faeces, which contain pathogenic microorganisms.

The folks trapped in New Orleans are now at serious risk for an out break of waterborne diseases in the next few days.

Of course, BushCo could never imagine anything like this happening so nothing is being done.

Isn't there a way to pre-treat people with antibiotics and other drugs before there's a problem. We might still have time if we do something now!

What can we do to prevent further tragedy?

1. Folks this is important!
Can't we at least try to make people aware of what Bush is doing to these people right now?

3. Can't these people be pre-treated
or if they are sick already at least attempt to treat them now to prevent further deaths? Or are we just going to sit here and let Bush commit genocide?

4. A Houston infectious disease MD was on TV
Yesterday & today. He said Hepatitis C is a big danger for people in contact with polluted water. It can be prevented by vaccination--TIMELY vaccination. The time is NOW.

5. Antibiotics are WAY more expensive than disinfecting the water.
Water purification tablets should be falling from the helicopters to the victims like rain.
