If Bush had an ounce of decency, he'd make that slimeball apologize for that remark about not rebuilding New Orleans. But then......
What happened in NOLA was what the scientists (unfortunately, Bush doesn't recognize THEM) call a 100-year event, meaning something so catastropic, that it only occurs once in 100 years. By cockroach's reasoning, no one should live in (or rebuild) anywhere in the country, for nowhere in this country is there immunity from some kind of 100-year event such as earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, ice storms, rain-induced floods, tsunami, drought, terrorists. Cockroach's own state is susceptible to most of those.
