WTF! 3 planes loaded with water just sitting on the runway

I went to NG to donate 5 cases of water and there were lots of people doing the same. Yeah, SJ!

Then I go PT and one of the therapist's husband (NG) told her there are 3 planes just sitting on the runway filled with water. He can't figure out why they haven't taken off! They need water! how can we get action on this?
