9. I just mentioned on another thread. Maybe Halliburton could

be investigated under RICO. I worked in accounting most of my life and in some companies state auditors came in if there were complaints from clients or others that there might be something illegal going on. So we had to open all the ledgers and files for them to go through.

I'm almost sure that their books are as cooked as Enron's and Anderson Accounting\ were. You have to find people in each state that Halliburton has offices, who have had business with Halliburton, to file complaints with the Attorney General that there may be criminal activity going on. If there is merit they will launch an investigation and send in state auditors to start turning up what's hidden under the rocks.

Even if they find nothing, the harrassment value is worth it and the fact that they are coming under scrutiny.
