FEMA / DOD
People have been trying to figure out what has been going on.
It is the classic civilian vs military struggle. The civilian FEMA orginization just lost. Either planned or accidentally, FEMA proved that they could not fight their way out of a paper sack, whereas the military proved they were the only ones who could render aid in a crisis. The DOD proved that the civilians could not accomplish anything.

2. FEMA
All FEMA had to do was deliver the food and water that they had. But for some reason they could not accomlish that. FEMA could have done exactly the same thing the Army just did. I just have a funny feelin that we have just witnessed a major shift of some sort. I do not know what happened.
