Mike Brown, head of FEMA, is a dead man walking (with Bush to follow) |

Keep in mind that as we speak and while rescue trucks and buses SLOWLY roll into New Orleans, people continue to die as their bodies give out from one week of severe punishment, and the price of oil continues to rise.
And soon we’ll learn what the body count looks like, and if you think most are pissed now at their government’s performance (not counting Bush and his inner circle who are inwardly thrilled with events despite any photo-op Presidential hugs to the contrary), you wait and see. Shit is going to fly.
Shit’s gonna fly and it needs to cause nothing else is gonna clean up the shit we got. Public anger at what they think was inexcusable incompetence will cause it.
However it was more than that, it was an act of domestic terrorism already bigger than 911 was, and most of us are falling for it again hook line and sinker.
I’m not saying the storm was an act of human terrorism, but the storm didn’t cause the flood, and the flood didn't cause the death (so why does everybody blame the storm and stop asking questions)?
Levees that broke under highly unlikely and suspicious circumstances (deliberate sabotage if you ask me), is what caused the flood, but even so, the flood itself killed very few people.
So what killed the vast majority of them?
IT WAS FEMA’s FORCED HERDING OF MAINLY POOR BLACK AMERICANS IN A HIGHLY HAZARDOUS HOT ENVIRONMENT WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER FOR DAYS UNTIL THEY DIED, THAT DID.
ALL THE BUSH CROWD NEEDED WAS ABOUT 4-5 DAYS OF FOOT-DRAGGING, AND FEMA GAVE IT TO THEM, AND “BIG TIME” (AS OUR VP SAYS). So Mike Brown may have to be fired, but he'll still be a hero to the Bush inner circle.
You want to give them the benefit of the doubt? You wanna attribute it to incompetence, to lack of resources and local screwups? Well that’s total absolute bullshit.
This is America and we have way more material and human resources to respond to problems like this.
In fact we have FEMA, a huge government agency whose sole purpose in life is to respond to problems like this, and they're ready to with Nazi-like efficiency if they want to.
You and I may not like them but they are not incompetent at all and they’re always drilling with local authorities. AND THEY HAD ADVANCE WARNING TO BE READY. BUSH THEIR BOSS CALLED A STATE OF EMERGENCY 2 DAYS AHEAD OF THE STORM.
Follow the money folks. What does this crisis do to the price of oil? What does it do to reporting on their many other scandals? Look at the evidence and do some math.
Do you really think the Chimp in Chief is actually saying "damn I really hate the fact this disaster in New Orleans has made oil prices go up so much"?

3. No he hasn't been absent all day, he's been right behind Bush on TV |
|
Mike Brown will leave soon not because Bush doesn't like or even love him, but because his connection to the mass death will make him publicly toxic even to corrupt politicians.
The guy looks like a Nazi, kind of like Gerbels.

never seen. The first one out of the gate was that they only guarantee 3 day delivery of services. Then came laura with the "they only show you the bad stuff like in Iraq" thing. Next up is the "It's the fault of that n****r liberal mayor"
Don't think that rove isn't working overtime to smooth this whole thing out.

7. I wonder if he was always the designated fall guy. |
|
If he gets canned, maybe we'll hear a whole different story. I believe his direct boss is Cheney....where was he during this crisis?

9. He might be their fall guy, but |
|
that would be OK with him because he'll be well taken care of, and be highly respected by his crowd and he doesn't care about anyone else.
