CBS News shows that FEMA has totally screwed up in Mississippi also
People were asking where FEMA was, why there were no National Guard troops. They even had a FEMA official admit on film that they were not doing nearly enough.

So why all the criticism of New Orleans and the leadership in Louisiana, blaming them for not requesting federal help? Did the officials of Mississippi including Republican Governor Haley Barbour also fail to ask for help?

Food for thought.

1. Mississippi did not have the flooding of New Orleans, either.
The water receded quickly in Mississippi. Proves their excuses are just excuses.
