On Randi Rhodes, did she mention something about Halliburton
having some sort of contractual 'domain' over the coast of Florida, LA and Mississippi and it was contracted in 2003?

Did I hear that correctly?

for electrical, navy...

2. They make money on energy & war & don't pay for the costs to third
parties. They make money on energy that causes global warming. Then they make money on the victims of global warming.
