TB, where it exists in the United States, tends to affect poor people in urban areas. And, with the stress and exhaustion of the last few days, hurricane refugees are likely to have diminished immune systems.

Geraldo is surrounded by police and he just spoke with a man holding an infant. When asked if they were getting enough to eat the man responded that if they were he wouldn't be holdgin the baby, because it wasn't his! It was the baby of a woman who had passed out off camera and was likely close to death. What the fuck?
