Time for Walmart to kick in and payback to the people they have exploited for years. They should donate shoes of every size to all the shelters.

Their feet must be raw by now.

Then there are the people who only have wet shoes... that can be more painful than no shoes at all.

I guess September in New Orleans is too hot for people to develop trench foot--

but in those conditions, the blisters that develop from wet shoes can become infected, and of course there's nothing there to treat the infections with.
