if a Cat 5 hurricane should hit New Orleans there would be a surge of water 20-28 feet deep. This was back in 2002. They ran a training exercise and it was to the nth degree exactly what happened this week. He also was pissed to the max because the funding to repair and fortify the levees back in 2002 was "re-gifted" to homeland security. (my term not the reports). Thousands have died because of this administration's gross incompetence.
Good report, should be aired on main stream TV so more people can see this wasn't an act of God but a foregone conclusion that it was going to happen but just exactly when was the only question to be answered. We now know it was August 2005.
