This is not the full video. I saw the full length version of this video (I believe on CNN.com), and during that video, you will notice that on several occassions he breaks character of comforting president and he is in effect carelessly and casually hanging on these women (as for support if you will).

This is a clear tell that this is NOT a man who cares about these women or the suffering of the people down there. These women are there merely to support and prop up HIM and his faultering image. That is the TRUE realization that is going on in Bush's mind during this photo op.

He is trying to do and say that which makes him look like a compassionate, caring person, and maybe to some degree he wants to believe that is true, but when you see him hanging off these women for support, it's a clear give away that there is something else going on in the back of his mind.

On-the-other hand, if you want to buy into the "completely staged photo op" conspiracy, then his breaking into brief casual hanging-with-my-buds behavior, could also be a tell that these women were just some supporters there willing to lend him a hand in looking compassionate. I'm not sure I buy into that theory, but this would seem to fit.
