Where are the 40, 000 troops?

Not only is our "National" Guard in Iraq due to:

Bin Laden
Hussein
WMDs
Oil fields
tried to kill my daddy
water rights
Democracy
terrorists
green stamps
pokemon cards

But, a good majority of those serving NOT in our Nation happen to be Reservists. And a good majority of them are OUR First Responders.
Our Police Officers, our Firefighters, our paramedics...

Ask anyone in the Gulf -OUR Gulf, that is- we are screwed.
