Are you able to get gas in your town?
Here in Tallahassee there is a real shortage. Yesterday almost every station was out. I finally found a station that allowed me to buy 6 gallons of premium.

So I picked up a few supplies and I plan on staying home all weekend.

I'm not complaining. I just want to know if this is the situation nationwide.

1. Yes I'm in CA
and can get as much as I want or maybe I should say as much as I can afford to pay for.

2. I heard on NPR that the Southeast is having the most problems
because they are the ones that get the gas coming out of LA--at least that was the impression I got.

I'm in NJ, gas is completely available (for now).

4. Nope, plenty of gas here in North Georgia.
But the prices are sky high.

3. Gas is high in Michigan
but there doesn't appear to a problem finding it. But I;ve only been out of the house once this week and I didn't drive.

5. The schools in Pinellas County (FL)
were terribly concernedbut scrounged gas for most of next week. There is a rumor floating that they managed to procure enough gas to last a bit longer than that. My husband bought gas from Citgo last night that was $2.99-the Shell station was charging $3.20.

said gasoline is being diverted south even as we speak. It's coming.

Edited to say (duh) that we have gasoline here, with no shortage, between $298 and $3.50/gallon - approximately.

I paid $3.09 yesterday for regular.
