FEMA concentration camps?
Urban legend or the administrations plan?
I think this is where these people might end up...

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/pages/camps.html

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

1. Those camps do exist...
I believe the Rex 84 Program was established by Ollie North.

2. FEMA camps are what they are called
and I feared this with all my heart. I also believe the military requiters will have a field day recruiting people. Take advantage of people in distress. Man worries how he is going to take care of his family will do things like this in dire circumstances....

3. It's real, but that website is garbage.
There is very, very little hard information out there about REX 84. See wikipedia's article.

5. I speculated that * hesitation was so he could send "diseased" NO citizens
to detention camps instead of blending them into the population.

6. They exist. However, after watching the FEMA being totally inept at
resolving the clusterfuck this week, I'm not so worried. FEMA camps would be like having Col. Klink and Sgt. Schultz run Stalag 13.
