is when they have to be registered. But I'm not sure about their permanent housing by then. I used to be a voter registrar, but let my registration lapse after the election.
I'm going to try to help Mr. Rainey here in Dallas (the LA Dem head). First thing I want to do is get those folks some voter reg's! I think it might be a LITTLE early, but I think he's out today trying to get housing for them.
