Read to believe. Imo, that POS doesn't want any Democratic person/organization/country to get credit for combating the dire situation his negligence helped bring about! He would rather victims suffer and remain in chaos than, in his deluded mind, help the "opposition". Rage does not begin to describe my feelings.

3. That sounds about right
the delay with most of the inner city New Orleans residents do vote Democrat and refuse help from many places. This should not be a Republican only "rescue" operation.

4. He also turned down help from Canada and Cuba.
Both of these countries have actively blocked his rightwing agenda. The fool thinks he's paying them back, but he's really making the victims suffer. I know....
