Super Store in Sugar Land crowded (Like Christmas, but people being NICE!)
Went to provision the familty this a.m., the lot was PACKED. At least half the shoppers were buying supplies for displaced people.
(I was afraid the survivalists were stocking up on water & spaghettios--but no.)

Warms my heart. The people of Houston & Sugar Land (! yes, Delay's hometown)are the BEST.

1. That is very nice to hear.
My husband's family is from that area. Great strong Democrats!

2. Well THAT's encouraging!
Hopefully some of the mindless ones will have learned something in all this, and DeLay will sink like a stone next time.

Nick Lampson better be revving up that campaign!
