I am soooo tired of the (cover my butt) spin
This is NOT an earthquake. The experts have known for decades we are living on 'borrowed time' As of this w/e we DID believe this was the BIG one. Every gov't agency from local/state/federal should have met over the w/e to decide how they were going to handle the aftermath.

Shall I remind everyone that Bushit & Co did not plan for the 'aftermath' of Iraq, so why should they plan for NO evacuations.
