Bush sees a man drowning 10 feet away from his fishing boat |

and lets him drown. Why? Because the man didn't ask for help, so he didn't try to save him.
What's different between that scenario and the Bush administration's claims that they did not act sooner because they were not asked?
You know, I'd bet my life that if Katrina hit Florida, Dubya would have been on the phone constantly asking Jebbie what he needs. You KNOW he wouldn't play these sick twisted games if it were his brother's state.

They are still trying to wiggle out of responsibility by claiming that she did not specifically ask for certain things. The buck NEVER stops on George Bush's desk.
