The Honorable Bill Nelson United States Senate
Dear Senator Nelson,

I am writing because of concerns I have regarding the Katrina disaster. I would like to express my desire to have a full accounting and identification of the casualties that died in this tragedy. This is a difficult thing to ask, but I feel I must.

I fear an attempt will be made to utilize the Schwarzkopf doctrine to purge the disgrace and horror of the aftermath.

I apologize for the ugliness of this accusation. It sickens me, but someone must speak for these dead patriots. I hope you will forgive me.

Sincerely,
Stephen Scot Upson
