When did Haliburton receive the contracts to clean up the gulf states ... |

in the event of a hurricane? I heard Randi say it was done a while ago, maybe last year. I am looking for some type of link or document that spells out the agreement.
And when did the bush administration deny the requested funding to Louisiana to prevent such a disaster from occurring?
I read the Oct. 2004 National Geographic article, but I don't think it mentioned when the bush administration refused the full funding.
It looks like this is working out exactly as those fuckers had planned.

Bush made this a win/ win big proposition for his cronies. If a Hurricane doesn't strike MOLA. they win. They get money, troops, and supplies for teh wild goose chase snipe hunt in Iraq. If a Hurricane does hit NOLA. They win BIG with contracts. Another handshake robbery at pen point.
