Because they are showing the Kayne West clip. Every half hour the last 8 minutes of the CNN broadcast is being replaced by public access TV.

Just tuned into CNN Headline News. I have seen Kanye West's comments on regular CNN several times. The newscaster said that the comments were coming up after the commercial break. Damn!! They are running "Seeking Solutions with Suzanne."
