REALLY pissed at the federal bureaucracy for "stupid, stupid rules" ordering generators not to be placed until the site is "inspected" by someone from FEMA. . . taking equipment from their contractors "they'd better bring guns, because I'll be G*DDAMNED if we're gonna give up our stuff to some federal bureaucrat . . . "
