If the Mayors and Governors are supposedly in charge of everything
why don't they just kick out FEMA and the Pentagon folks and take control back. At this point they will be much better off. There are 1000's of volunteers ready to come and deliver humanitarian aide. This is not a military operation, it is a rescue operation. Get the guns and the tanks out now.

Our taxes get pooled and distributed according to need. And as far as I'm concerned, they damned better well distribute. What we need is a Fed that works for us and not only for the corporations.
