23. It's a little too insider. Road signs are marketing. Need a better slogan.

"Chimpeach" gets a snicker out of me (or at least it did when I first heard it three years ago). But if you want to run a serious campaign, you need to design your slogans to pursuade and rally and--much more importantly--you must present a professional face to the public that will carry ethos and command respect. Snickering comparisons of Bush to a monkey, however cute, won't bring people to our side.

sorry to get a little miffed.....you're right as far as they are not hanging on a freeway overpass (in the picture) but........I live in Az, last Saturday a large group got together in 110 degree weather and made over 100 signs.....the pic of "draft this" was one I done and took at 5:30 a.m. after my sister and i hung signs out for 5 hours and then had to wait unitl dawn to get any pictures.......anyhow the point is, is that the signs get posted...somewhere.
On election a.m. we posted a 40 ft banner off the side of a mountain facing freeway traffic that said "are you for or against" and then a 6 ft picture of the abu graib hooded victim.

it will be great when the weather cools down here a bit, especially since we've seen interest in Freewayblogging just boom over the past year! And it really does make sense because the Freeways are where all the people are...for now anyway...who knows with the gas prices going up.

we get our signs taken pretty fast sometimes... repukes have actually followed right behind us just to take them down as soon as we leave.
