I'm sick of hearing "It wasn't the right time"!!! (re Kanye West)

I was over on a celebrity message board tonight, and someone brought up the telethon and Kanye West's comments. Almost all the other posters complained that his behavior was "inappropriate." "This was not the time or the place." I couldn't believe it! I went off on them, ripping into Bush (someone actually posted that she thought he was "doing a good job"!) and saying, "If we wait for the right time, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN." I closed by saying that I was a proud American who hated what Bush has done to my country, and sick of people making excuses for him!

I just had to vent about this. Some people are so goddamned stupid I want to throttle them thru the computer.
