And our government can't coordinate the rescue of its own citizens???

The tsunami hit Sri Lanka on Dec. 26. By December 30, AmeriCares had 15 TONS of medical supplies and water purification units on the ground. A non-profit organization can coordinate this effort to a remote area of the globe, but our own government can't provide the same relief to the people in the South for FIVE DAYS?
