I-10 completely clear...encouraging residents to remain in designated shelters...violence and criminal factions have declined greatly...no report of violence last night...some calls reporting violence were prank calls...

not turning away busses...
thousand 911 calls a day...people trapped in attics...some people still able to make quick connections.

trying to determine what chemicals and bacteria it contains
fairly strong odor to water coming out 17th canal...lots of chemicals and organisms
results of samples within 24-48h
