You're right, that's what it is, and it's not the first time in our country.
Before there was the genocide of Native Americans (killing the buffalos to starve them, biological warfare via desease-ridded blankets, murder, death marches, etc.).
Slavery, which killed millions. Lynching, poverty, etc.
