The evacuees should be trained in construction be part of the rebuilding |

of New Orleans. The same mistake should not be made there that was made in Iraq. There are a lot of able bodied people who would be more than happy to help rebuild their city, and it would not only provide them with jobs during the reconstruction, but with training and experience for future employment. The rebuilding of New Orleans should NOT be left to companies like Halliburton and the other "friends of George"!!!!!
