This is such a horrible combination to me. The corporate media is saying we're dealing with a national disaster. Gas prices keep going through the roof. The war is continuing to rage.

RW fundies are screaming about gawd, gays and libruls. Neocons want to get all the oil and force their version of democracy.

It's depressing and alarming all at the same time.

that the straw that breaks the camel's back will be people's anger exploding around the country over NOLA, gas prices, the other inflation that's soon to come ... and that finally getting people out into the streets.

Great that they finally wake up, but it would give * an excuse to put the whole country under martial law.
