I heard that some gas stations are refusing deliveries from suppliers |
|
because the suppliers have hiked up the wholsale prices to such an extent that to make a profit, the gas station owners would have to charge their customers ridiculous prices. Well, i wish a lot of them would do that. If they can't move their inventory maybe they will wise up.
On the negative side, some gas station owners are gouging on their own.

The prices (which HAD been all over the map before Katrina - varying 10-20 cents/gal. from one station to another) are pretty much all the same here now. The cheapest octane gas is around $3.29. I'm in Fairfield County, CT.
