Anyone working on a F-911 style video yet?
You know, a black screen with a time and date, a clip or still of Katrina wreaking havoc, a clip or still of what Bush was doing at the time, rinse, repeat...

I'd be willing to hunt up a few clips. Also suggestions of stuff to put in it would be good -- here's a list off the top of my head:

1) Bush cutting cake

2) Bush playing guitar

3) Picture of levee repairs in progress before (with like one dumptruck and one bulldozer) during (with bustling activity) and after (with one dumptruck and one bulldozer) Bush's appearance.

4) Someone on a talk show predicting NOLA hurricane disaster followed by Bush and the DHS muppet there saying "noone could have predicted."

5) Headlines about FEMA "Hurricane Peg" excercise and headlines about Bush slashing levy funds.

2. Here's some more:
Hotel Del Coronado resort (where Bush stayed Monday night, the 29th)
Bush golfing
Rumsfeld at San Diego Padres game (refugees at Superdome)
Condi's expensive new shoes (next to barefoot refugees)
Cheney's ranch in Wyoming, where he remained on vacation during the crisis

3. Great idea!
6) Bush playing golf
7) the Hotel Del Coronado vs. the Superdome

And don't forget Condi going shoe shopping and Rummy at the baseball game!

4. Bet I know too...
And it'll make Bush's antics in F-911 look like a cakewalk.

5. More, as I think of it...

More stuff that could go into this, after catching up on a few more DU threads and thinking a bit more:

. The point in Bush's first address where he shifts from talking about Katrina to talking about Iraq

. The point in Bush's second address where he shifts from talking about Katrina to talking about... what was it... social security?

. It would be sweet if there were before/after photos of this:

. Flag at full mast after Katrina and half mast after Rhenquist.
