2. Trucks deliver food and other goods to stores. |
|
Their costs for fuel are rising and now the fuel, itself, is being rationed, it seems. That will result in higher prices in stores for the average consumer. Provided we can get to the stores.

5. your food travels an average of 1500 miles to you, everything is trucked.. |
|
trucks carry 300 gallons.. that means they have to wait in line for hours or days to get enough fuel to get to the next line to wait in..
Truckers are paid only by the mile, and can only drive for 10 or 11 hours in the 14 hour period starting when they turn the key first thing in their day.. after that they can not drive.. so they are not making any money and will quit
who is going to then carry your food gas and every thing else to you.??
INFLATION INFLATION INFLATION INFLATION INFLATION
THEY NEED TO PUT IS IN A HIGHER TAX BRACKET, BY INFLATION.. THAT WAY THEY DONT RAISE TAXES BUT WE PAY MORE TAXES WITH ACTUALLY LESS PURCHASING POWER.

3. trucks can only buy 100 gallons of fuel at a time |
|
if you have 2 60 gallon tanks you`d better figure out how to stretch the fuel till the next stop. overheard today that a large convenience/ gas chain in the midwest is telling it`s stores 4 dollars by the next weekly delivery.

4. Likewise, I hear from a retail petroleum marketer in the South |
|
that they are paying over $3 a gallon wholesale for their next loads of gas.
The oil barons have decided to squeeze the turnips.
