There IS a reason why most "third parties" are left-leaning and not right-leaning.

The trembling by Wash Dems in the face of a big, bad Republican is truly pathetic, I agree.

Speaking of options, we need more options to our democracy. That includes verified ballots and instant run-off voting.

I say this becauase I don't have much fatith in a Democratic controlled HOR these days. Most have already been bought and sold with the exception of the CBC and few , few others.

And the Senate sucks except for Leahy and Kennedy and umm, I'm trying to recall a name, umm.... The Senate sucks.

Help me recall a Democratic Senator that didn't vote for this war or rubber stamp * policies and appointments. And yes I know that Senator Landrieu is fighting now for her constiuents, but she didn't care about any of them or the nation at large when she voted for the war in Iraq. She might have voted for CAFTA or the bankruptcy bill or confirmed some of the most awful Federal judge appointmets. I just remember her name associated with at least one of them.
