that basically said that so many bodies would be so decomposed they would not be able to tell the "newly dead" from cemetary bodies that had floated up with the floods. hmmmm.... so this means they won't try to use DNA? Convenient to mask the true number dead, too..

was arduous - DNA testing was used and all the time necessary was allowed for the process. Nothing less should be done for the people of New Orleans. No mass graves is right - that would only serve the purpose of hiding information.
Families need to know their relatives were recovered so they can be buried appropriately. We all need to know how many died and how they died.
