The next time WW2 comparisons are mentioned
Edited on Sun Sep-04-05 04:54 AM by moof
it would be nice to remind everyone that with less than a weeks notice
preparations were made and from may 26 to june 4, only a couple days short of the current number in New Orleans, 338,000 human beings were ferried
from France to England from Dunkirk across open ocean during a freakin war. So don't say the results were unacceptable, the results are manslaughter as a result of criminal neglect and thus no congressional hearings are needed just swear out the warrants and arrest the whole lot of them and let a jury of people from New Orleans decide their guilt or innocence. BTW it seems only fair to draw the jury from those people still left stranded in New Orleans now, as they certainly would know better than anyone what happened, or rather didn't happen. They also have the advantage of not being exposed to any influence from the liberal media so none of the administration has any reason to fear bias.

now can we put a fucking END to all the Churchillian and FDR comparisons? There is NO, I repeat, no, comparison of this sociopathic weasel to either of them but there is a HUGE negligent and derelict CONTRAST to real leaders under dire circumstances !!!!!!!!!!

less inclined to bring up Vietnam, something to do about being scardy cats, chicken hawks, Aholes or Awols, anyway the head cheerleader is really touchy about it.

7. Excellent point. But this was accomplished in part by rich folks
letting their pleasure craft be used by tired, bloody, filthy soldiers and even French people! And PUT IN HARM'S WAY! It would never happen here.
