Thanks to stupid fundie laws...the actual casino must be on a boat or barge in the water rather than being land-based. We have this stupid law in Illinois.

When the hurrican struck, it took those gambling boats and turned them into projectiles...several of those boats not only came ashore but wiped out several blocks of buildings and homes and who knows how many people died this way.

The question is interesting as if the casinos are to be rebuilt (and they will be faster than you can say "7 on Red") if they'll be land-based inside those concrete hotels and this could turn into a political football if the fundie object.
