Terry Moran -- Renquist a "Judicial Supremicist"
On ABC reporter Terry Moran hit the nail on the head. Described Renquist as a "judicial supremicist" who used the concept of liberal judicial activism of the Warren Court and switched it to accomplish the same for conservative positions.

Moran hit the nail on the head. The Republican spin about liberals using "judicial activism" is just crap. Conservatives are just as in favor of judicial activism as any liberal -- they just want to use it for their issues.

1. All their "complaints" are spin. Just like the so-called liberal media
(which is not).

The most glaring case of judicial activism was installing bush in 2000.
