3. On edit I changed "his victim" to "their victim" to make it more universal
Though I'm pleased with the analogy to him (Dubya).

If we do that, we will not be able to comfort his grieving relatives, take care of their needs, and make the necessary funeral arrangements to ensure that he gets the send-off he deserves."
