they knew exactly what was going on! How could they not KNOW? They just chose to do nothing, to drag their feet, to deny access, ad nauseum! :cry: I just cried AGAIN--everyday my heart is being torn out by the pictures on TV.....you watch: the rebuilding of the devastated areas will look like a roadside feeding frenzy of the rich over the poor. I read Halliburton is ALREADY on board to get THEIRS. They may appear not to "understand" but they understand very clearly---
