3. This is what lying weasels do.
So the Repubicans have had control of the legeslature and the executive branch for how many years ? And yet Republicans are blaming Clinton ?
The political consequences are yet to be known.
I only hope the Chimp administration is held accountable for its failure to respond, its lack of leadership, and the disarray of our emergency preparedness.

Weasels indeed.

4. You should be ashamed of yourself. Orrin Hatch
is not even remotely worthy of being compared to a weasel.

There was once a place far away, where there were no men. There were only animals and plants. There was enough food for everyone, but the animals had grown selfish and greedy. They held a meeting to talk about what might happen if there was not enough food for everyone. No one could think of what to do. Finally one animal suggested that they should keep other animals away and keep all the food for themselves. For a long time, any animal that wandered into this land was chased away.

The animals might have been satisfied with this, but they noticed that there were more animals than ever. This was because the mothers among them were still having babies. Another meeting was held to worry about the food supply. Some crafty and cruel animal said that the mothers should stop having babies. Another proposed that all the mothers be killed so that there would be no babies. That night, the selfish animals all killed their own mothers, except for the weasel.

Some of the animals had thought that the plan to kill their mothers was wrong, but the largest and fiercest animals had threatened to punish anyone who did not go along with the others. The weasel saw that there was no way to stop the others, and quietly carried out his plan to save his mother. He cut a thick leaf into the shape of his mother and covered it with a skin. The next morning he dragged the leaf to the meeting place with the other animals. Staying in the shadows of the largest animals, he tossed the leaf into the burial pit just underneath the falling body of the lion's mother. No one noticed the trick.

The weasel had hidden his mother in a small cave. She had made a door with a catch on it that only she knew to undo. Every day the weasel would go to the cave and make a certain sound. His mother knew the sound and her son's voice. She would undo the catch, open the door, and the two would share a fine meal.

As the months went by, the other animals grew hungrier. They had no mothers to make meals for them or to show them how to cook for themselves. With no mothers to plant and tend gardens, they had to live on whatever nuts and berries they could find. Only the weasel remained fat and sleek while the others grew thinner and sadder.
