A T-Shirt I Would Buy In Bulk |
|
Can someone do up a T-shirt that has a satellite picture of the destroyed New Orleans overlaid with Bush's quote about how "it's important for me to go on with my life?"
I would buy many.
C ya,

1. Quote not attributed to Katrina. |
|
The shirt would never sell because the quote was in reference to Cindy Sheehan, not the hurricane.

that statement by him transcends his disregard for a mother that lost her son. It perfectly captures his sociopathic nature and utter contempt for people everywhere, regardless of the event.

3. but it does explain his 2-3 days continued "vacation" and PR tour |
|
while ignoring the disaster in New Orleans. The words were said per Sheehan - but the actions demonstrated the attitude towards Katrina victims.

It proves he is a callous pompous ass without a shred of compassion.
I think this t-shirt would also be great with that quote and the picture of him playing that guitar.

6. Not in marketing, are you? |
|
People understand that this is Junior's view of life. The specific event he was referring to is just an example. People do understand that his attitude is pervasive.
The shirts would sell.

|
superimposed on the flooded NO, or two photos side by side? That WOULD be in context.

The idea isn't to introduce it into a court of law, where the rules of evidence are concrete; rather, it is to introduce it in the court of public opinion. I think it would sell. I'd buy them to distribute to the people from NO.

do one if someone could direct me to: 1) a way to set it up so any proceeds went to hurricane relief. Can you do that at cafe press? 2) the cake and guitar photos. I have a large satellite photo of NOLA. 3) The exact quote.

can be found on my thread "We've got a problem, George."
I would suggest asking the guys who run DU about possibly marketing it through DU. It may not be possible, but I'd think it would be a good fund-raiser that would go for a great cause.
