Getting out of Delayed Enlistment
I don't remember who was posting about helping a coworker get out of delayed enlistment - and I can't search to find him.

At any rate, I found this:

Getting Out of the Delayed Enlistment Program

The whole website is geared towards CO's - and especially about the OPT Out for High School Military Recruiters getting unfettered access to our most vulnerable.

Nonmilitary Options for Youth

Believing in nonviolence, we seek to balance the military recruiting information given in the high schools and explore with students the many alternate choices available to them.
