I know we're at the stage where cash is all-important. And I've given. What I want -- no, what I really neeed -- is to give of myself.
Yes, I've scrolled through the Katrina help sticky. But want to be down there, as soon as possible, doing what I can to the extent that I can.
Any ideas? Thanks.

We have hurrican survivors in our neck of the woods, and I know that the local charities are getting an influx of donations. You might check out such places in your area to see if you can help there.

That's what I did -- they said that if I want to go down and help I should go to a meeting later this week, so that's what I'm doing.
I'm out of work at the moment -- little money, but a lot of time, so perhaps I can hand out sandwiches or pack a truck or something...
