1. i doubt the new orleans police would do that
now the army, or someone under bush's command, that's another story. i imagine that NO police are very, very stressed out at this point.

7. Just reported (CNN): Somebody fired on the workers, and the police shot
the gunmen. The COE contracters weren't shot.
