3. Getting jiggy with the DEMOCRATIC GOVERNOR?
Let's not make this more partisan bushwa. From local to state to federal, ALL of our relevant elected officials have some just due share of blame.

Especially in our day and age of advanced technology; I'd swear the aftermath of the 1969 Camille hurricane was more competently dealt with.

7. He gave Chertoff/FEMA an F. They're keeping him quiet for now.
All Republicans must bow down to the Great Father Bush and his satellites.

If not, hushy hush time for you.

9. He told the press earlier that
the federal response to the crisis deserves and F grade. I think Rove has him locked in the basement of the Whitehouse.

11. He was busy following Rumsfeld around today
You know, carrying his bottled water around for him, making sure his boots stayed dry, keeping the dead and dying out of his view....all the important stuff.

13. he shows up for all the press conferences with the big wigs
But I heard him say today, "when I got back today" so he has been away. Our Dem Senator, on the other hand, has been on the ground 24/7 overseeing everything, then going to the shelter in Baton Rouge at night to comfort the evacuees. Vitter is worthless...he snuck in a provision to a bill that was recently introduced (can't remember which) to allow LOGGING COMPANIES to go into our marsh and swamp to harvest the cypress trees, further decimating our wetlands which serves as our barrier to all sorts of things like hurricanes, oil spills, salt encroachment. fucker
