Ok, if you don't believe it, freepers have gone into ACTIVE mode to spin the New Orleans disaster, and put almost all the blame on the local and state officials. A bunch of freeper sites that I went to have organized themselves to send the picture on Yahoo showing all the flooded schoolbuses. If you click on the "popular" link on Yahoo, you'll notice that out of nowhere, the pictures of the schoolbuses have shot up to the second most sent picture.

So DU'ERS, in our response, go to the Yahoo "popular" section and please send the pic of Bush playing his guitar to as many people as possible. The message in that picture is very powerful.

And please, kick this post as often as you can so that many others can see it.

3. what a waste of time
kicking pictures back and forth to try to - what? Nothing we do is going to sway public opinion any more than anything anyone else does.

Why not spend time talking to people instead? Or writing/calling your newspapers and congress critters, offering your opinions? Or finding ways to help people in the gulf states?

Do you know the amount of traffic Yahoo gets? A ton! It just takes a few seconds to send a picture. Don't underestimate the importance of perceptions.

13. Big woop
emailed 342 times. Compare to "most recomended" and "most popular".

I've seen them post it a bunch. They can't answer "Where would the buses go?" or "Were the drivers still in town?"

Strange - count just dropped to 338. Are they taking them back?

16. I think emailing the picture makes the photograph more visible
on Yahoo. Everyone should see that Bush was playing the guitar while people in New Orleans were dying.

I emailed the photograph.
