Is it time to remind Republicans of the words of Abraham Lincoln?

These fools are saying "the people of LA etc. "can't rely on the Government for everything" as it relates to the disaster in the south?!

It might be time to remind these idiots what one Republican President had to say about the role a successful Government has in people's lives.
